I custom make these headliner panelsone set at a time.
I use a one directional roll thickcard substrate with closed cell foam laminated to the back side of thepanel. I also laminate side to side sagsupports on the back side of the panel. The closed cell foam acts as aninsulation/moisture barrier for the back side and the glue I use to adhere theOE type foam backed cloth headliner material acts as a moisture barrier for thesurface of the panel.
I take every step possible to makethese for long lasting and durability.
Everything I do to make these panelsare done by hand.
