Steadfast Auto 8" Shorty Antenna
The Steadfast Auto 8" Shorty Antenna is an ultra high quality aftermarket antenna designed to clean up the front end of your Ford car or truck while still delivering exceptional radio reception.
The Steadfast Auto Short Antenna is the solution to all of the junk, low quality shorty antennas plaguing the aftermarket today. Keep reading below to see the Steadfast difference!
Steadfast Auto's Shorty Antenna utilizes a machined, solid brass antenna base unlike other brands of shorty antenna on the market today that commonly use cheap Chinese pot-metal or weak aluminum alloy bases.
- Superior structural strength
- Ultra clear radio reception
- Improved resistance to wear and tear
- Rock solid connection to vehicle
A high strength, malleable steel shaft ensures a flexible antenna that will not break into two when bent. Competitors use cheap pot-metal or weak aluminum alloys that can snap, break, or even shatter when bent too far.
Malleable Steel Provides:
- Superior strength, longevity, and resistance to breakage
- A flexible antenna that can easily be bent back into shape if bent too far
- Excellent radio reception
Threaded connections on both ends of the shaft ensure your antenna is completely secure. Unlike most aftermarket antennas that simply press on the antenna ball and base, Steadfast Auto's antenna will not come apart overtime from wind or operating vibrations.
Threaded Ends Deliver:
- Will not fall apart like press ons
- Superior strength and longevity
- Excellent Radio Reception
This antenna fits most domestic Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Vehicles with mast antennas built from 1979-2009. It will not fit vehicles with retractable roof antennas or motorized antennas. Please verify that the threaded stud on your stock antenna matches the stud pictured in the "Solid Brass Base" section.
- Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, Marauder
- Ranger, Mazda Truck (except w/roof ant.)
- Ford F-Series Trucks
- Taurus, Sable
- Ford E-Series Vans/Wagons/Trucks
- Ford Super Duty Trucks
