All Disc Brake Rotors we are selling are new in the Factory Box. Most manufacturers use a moisture control paper in the box. This does inhibit the moisture however occasionally there may be a very light superficial amount of very light rust in the rotor surface, the identical condition will happen each time it rains. This condition has only happened once with all of the rotors we have sold.
These rotors do have a light rust haze.
