  • If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us. You will have 2 options. Option 1. We will file a Damage Claim Report with the shipper. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the product back to us. Zomkspeed will then ship you a new product. Option 2. Pay to ship the product back to our location to receive a full refund. Zomkspeed cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping. This responsibility falls under the shipper.
