Flowtech Performance Exhaust was founded in 1994, by exhaust market expert Gary Biggs, with the mission of delivering high quality performance exhaust at a great value. The mission was successful and in less than two decades Flowtech became the leader in value priced exhaust systems. Flowtech cornered its place in the market with aggressive and memorable product names such as Raptor, Terminator, Afterburner and Warlock. Flowtech even revived some names from back in the day like Purple Hornies. Flowtech made its mark with simple yet effective improvements like slotted port flanges giving added wiggle room during header installation. They dimpled their tubes at the port to make more room for the header bolts and they parallel ground their flanges to assure a tight seal. Flowtech innovations include their unique Afterburner headers which separated the odd firing cylinders with a velocity tube to improve scavenging. Their patented Warlock bypass muffler won the SEMA best new product award for its revolutionary open or closed design in 1996. When Flowtech became part of Holley Performance Products in 1999, the company continued to focus on value, with an emphasis on late model cars and trucks. Headers and exhaust systems were developed for Mustangs, Camaros, and all types of full size trucks - including diesels. The same innovation continues today with the addition of universal X-pipe kits and X-pipe kits with built in cut-outs. Customer ServiceIf, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with yourpurchase, you may request to return the item within 14 days from the date yourorder was received for an exchange or refund. You may request to return any ofthe following items for a refund:

-Any item received with missing parts or components
-Any item that is defective or damaged
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form is required for allreturns. To request a RGA form you may email customer service: thru Ebay Contact buyer email. Please includeyour order number, email address, ebay id, and reason for the return when emailingus for the RGA form. This form must be completed and returned by email prior toreturning the product. All shipments without an authorized RGA will be refused.
For shipping errors or damaged items, you have 7 businessdays from the date you received the item(s) to contact us to notify us of theerror.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any return that isnot an error of our company. We will refund the original purchase, less a 20%restocking fee, for all unused items if returned with the original box and packaging(all in original condition), all manuals and accessories within 14 days ofreceipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
GotPartsUSA is unable to accept returns of racing parts or custom-madeparts. Electrical or electronic components are also void if they have beenconnected or opened.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we havereceived and processed the returned item. We inspect returns for damage. Youcan expect a refund within 7 business days of our receipt of the product inquestion. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
