Flowmaster operates the only exhaust Research & Design facilities of its kind in the world, centered around the SuperFlow SF-7100 engine dynamometer complete with E.C.A. (engine cycle analysis) equipment and also SuperFlow chassis dyno\'s. For Domestic shipments, we ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS as stated in the listing.

UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide an alternate ship-to address with your payment.

Please send us a message here on ebay or call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 Ext. 9 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any merchandise back to us. Issued RMA numbers will only be valid for 30 days.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and a refund will not be processed until inspected upon return to us. Returns must be in new, resellable condition.
Returned item(s) must be in a shipping box, not shipped in the factory packaged box that the item comes from the factory. If an item is shipped back to us for a return without the original factory supplied box, a 20% re-stocking fee will automatically be applied.
Returns of electrical items must be in \"as-new\" and still remain factory sealed. A testing and re-stocking fee of at least 20% will apply if the item does not meet these requirements.
