This auction is for a refurbished Fiero Holley Throttle Bodyapplicable to all 1985-1988 Pontiac Fiero with a 2.8 liter V6 engine.
Please add a note with your payment to specify if you have a automatic or manual transmission because there is a difference with the throttle lever.
After 25+ years most of these throttle body's are in very bad shape. Carbon and oil deposits will plug up the air passages and cause many performance problems including poor idle, hesitation,and the infamous up and down idle problem so common on v6 Fiero's. I have also seen some that the coolant passages are completely plugged up with hardened anti-freeze sludge.
This throttle body has been completely disassembled, cleaned and decarbonized to remove all the carbon and gunk that builds up inside the air passages and coolant passages after many miles and years of use. Then the entire housing is bead blasted to restore it to it's original luster before being re-assembled. All new O-rings and seals installed during reassembly. All metal parts on the throttle lever are also bead blasted and coated with diamond clear to prevent rust.
If you don't need the brass fittings for the coolant lines then let me know and I can give a $10 discount. I have one without. I know many people just disconnect these lines.
