Fiat 850 Sport Header/Muffler

This header/muffler combination is perfect for low back-pressure free-flow application. It is made of the finest materials: stainless steel perforated metal interior wrapped in stainless steel cloth and then packed in fiberglas before welding up. This guarantees it will last for decades before burning out like ordinary fiberglas packed mufflers. The manifold has long runners to ensure a scavenging effect on the exhaust, with dual two-into-one pipes ending in a chamber where the gas is redirected into a rectangular stainless steel chamber with about the same cross-section as two of the 1-1/4 inch pipes, thus giving very low back-pressure and free flow. It will be relatively quiet until you get on the gas. This is a one of a kind prototype to test the market. It is painted blue because I like the color. The paint is a silica-ceramic coating which will withstand 2000°F.
