This set of arches (4 pieces) are made for the ISUZU TROOPER second generation, 2-door, 1991-2002 (also called: Acura SLX, Chevrolet Trooper, Isuzu Bighorn, Holden Jackaroo, Holden Monterey, Honda Horizon, HSV Jackaroo, Opel Monterey, Subaru Bighorn, Vauxhall Monterey).They extend about 9 cm, not from the edge or the wing but from the point right above the swelling of the car wings.
They are made of good quality, hand-laid fiberglass and the surface is black gel coat, glossy. Make sure your car is the model described above and shown in the photos. Look at the photos carefully and order only if you are sure your car looks exactly like the one in the pictures. If you are in doubt, send us a few photos of your car showing the front, sides and back. We will reply within a day and let you know if it\'s the right model.
Each arch is installed with 6 self tapping screws on the underside surface (three of the screws are fitted through sheet metal strips which are fixed on the fiberglass). This way you don\'t have to put holes through the arch pockets and the sides of the vehicle, unless you want to. The flares are designed so that there is a space between the flare flange and the car wing flange. Only the lower parts of the flare flanges touch the car wing flanges. This design allows the inside of the flares to be flushed with water in order not to collect mud and debris.
The flares are made for the model that doesn\'t have the small sideskirts. If your car has the sideskirts you can still fit these, but there will be some more work for your installer to do, as they will need some trimming where they will fit over the sideskirts (have a look at the three last photos).
The arches are best installed by a professional or an experienced amateur.
