RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
eLiquidAssets, Inc. offers a 30 day warranty on our items against defect. All items must be returned in that time frame to be eligible for a refund. There will be no exceptions, even if Ebay would indicate differently. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us directly so that we can correct the situation. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable for Non Defective Returns. Non defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non defective items returned with open packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee. And non defective items without the original manufacturer's packaging are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please do not ship back any items until you have contacted us and obtained return instructions.
AUTOMOTIVE PARTS: Please note that automotive parts must be carefully selected. eBay part finder may indicate that the item will fit you application, however, all buyers need to pay attention to the fitment notes below that statement as it further clarifies fitment and in a lot of cases may not be the actual part for your application.
