All rotors have a 1 year warranty against warping, cracking, and workmanship defects when purchased with our brake pads. Our Brake Pads also have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts or a refund may be used to honor the claim at our discretion. The warranty is non-transferable. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase, and customer is responsible for freight charges. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim. Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer. BrakeOverstock neither makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or cost.

Return/Refund Policy
We guarantee proper fitment of the parts on the vehicle selected. We offer a 45 day return policy with 100% money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All returned items must be packaged appropriately and in new condition ready to re-sell. Shipping cost (where applicable) can not be refunded. Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Please contact us at (888)441-8808 to request the RGA number. We request that you have the RGA number clearly written on the package, otherwise the return cannot be processed. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

If you order the wrong part, exchanges can be made on unused parts after we receive the returned product. The buyer is responsible for the freight to ship the parts back to us. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.

You can send an message for freight quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other international destinations. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
