What you are viewing is a used front sway bar. It come off of a 1978 F250 2WD. I know it will fit 1973-1979 F100-F350 2WD trucks and should also fit 1967-1972 models. However you may have to drill the holes on the frame to mount the sway bar mounting brackets. If you want your truck to handle in turns this is what you need if your truck does not have one.
