This sale is for a great used/remanufactured ficm.It wasinspected and cleaned. Everyficm is opened and inspected internally for signs of damage, overheating, cracking andall known solder points.It is the same thing you are getting from 99% of the guys on here who fix them without the down time. Every one we do is tested and ran on a vehicle.Also if it is one that the resistors were replaced it is the same thing you get from Ford. Except ours saved you $700-$800 dollars.
It will be a plug and play unit programmed for the year you state. Please remember to add notes during checkout about the year you need it for in the message to seller box. . The options are, or what I need to know is: Is it an 03/early 04 with no icp sensor in the passenger valve cover? or an 04 with the icp in the valve cover? see attached pic... or 05 and up. There are three calibrations. Please let me know which year you need it programmed for.

There is a $200.00 core deposit which will be refunded as soon as you send your old core back. The core has to be original and not tampered with or damaged while attempting a repair. It should be repairable or at least not damaged by human hands. If it is burnt up thats okay. But if you opened it and made a failed repair then I cannot fix it now either.. I have to dothis becausepeople are damaging their ficms and giving me back non rebuildable cores.. There is no need to do this. I have them here so cheap it's not worth you doing it. The only way we can sell them this cheap is to keep flipping them. This is a service I am glad toprovide and thankful that I can. Please do not see this as negative. It isjust that these modules are over $700 for a replacement. I have dozens of non-rebuildable cores and that hurts. I gave everyone their money back but can no longer afford to do this on the obvious majordamaged/broken/hacked cores.. Thank you.
What you get. We inspect/repairevery module.It is than set aside waiting fora customer to request their year and model. You give us a year and model. Then our module is installedon a truck,van or Excursion, programed and ran. We monitor the voltage and make sure it stays in specs. Tested for misfires orcodes. You will never get a bad FICM from us.Itwill have46.5 to 49 volts or we junk it. It will not have a problem when it leaves. If a core comes back that had issues other than low voltage, it is not repaired. If the board has any problems more than a shunt resistor it is junked. It is a great alternative from buying a new one. It will come programmed with the latest calibration that can replace either the 4 or 7 pin module. This flash helps to save the module from failing again.
I have included a link to(MY) video on youtube. I am the person showing you what to expect and how to diagnose if it is needed. As a certified Ford diesel master-tech I would also like to give you a few pointers. First off this is not a cure-all. If your voltage is low and the engine runs rough or if it is a hard start or even a no startit may and could fix all of your concerns, or you may spend the money and still have a misfire from a sticking injector or other cause. Also you should be aware that these modules normally do not fail without a reason. The main cause that I have found is poor supply voltage. If your batteries are weak or always going dead it stresses your module and no matter how it ismade or rebuilt it will fail again. The module takes 12 volts and amplifies it 4 times. High resistance or low voltage stresses the surface mount shunt resistors and pads on the circuit boards. This causes them to either fail or the solder to melt/crack and come loose. Also the old programming spikes the module all at once. The module I am sending out to you will have the newest programming that was designed to help prevent this. You should hear the injectors cycle at a progressive rate when cold. The 4 pin modulescan beflashed for2003 to 2007 trucks or up to 2010 Econolines. If you are installing it on a 2003 or early 2004 please let me know so I cansend you out the same 7 pin module that is already flashed and ready to install. I have some here ready to go for all years. If you have an early production 2004 and not sure of what flash you need,. look at the passenger side valve cover. If there is a 3 wire sensor on top right in front of the oil fill tube it is thelate build 2004-2007style. If the only thingon top of the valve coveris the glow plug controller then it is the early 2003/2004production. If it was produced prior to Sept 2003 it is most likely the early model. I would also like to point out that we have been fixing these for quite awhile now. We do a lot of local trucks. Wedo dozens a weekfor multiple shops in our area plus here on . To this day nobody has sent me a defective one back. I take pride in that statement and want to keep it that way. That is why we clean them first, then inspect, repair,install itin a truck so it can be ran tested and programmed. When it leaves here I know it works. If you call and tell me it's dead I'll be asking you to double and triple check your end first. I know that it just worked in a truck before it left and the only thing that changed was the trip and what truck it is on. You've receiveda known good ficm.It was good when it left. Watch the video and make sure you have supply voltage and all connections are on and seated properly.
