1965 thru 1974 heavy duty ford truck or van. May work with other years, but is soecific to the heavy duty susoension models. OEM part with Ford 'oval' logo
manifold was hot tanked and cleaned before listing, flash surface rust is what you see in images. came off a running truck.
Manifold to block hardware is not included, Will come with exhaust flange and nuts and bolts attached to flange, as seen in pucture.
