SHIPPING
707 Motoring uses varies companies to ship our products to ensure that we can get them to you quickly and efficiently. Our products are shipped with either USPS mail, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. All packages are usually shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment and with a valid tracking number to ensure you can track the status of the package from its departure from our facility to its arrival at your address. Please note that eBay does provide an estimated date of arrival of your order and we kindly ask that you allow delivery up until that timeframe period before contacting us for delivery status.
Anytime a package is shipped an message notification will be sent for your convenience, tracking information can also be viewed any time after it's uploaded in your purchase history section.
707 Motoring offers Free Shipping for all packages shipped within the USA, this includes packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery in those areas). Please note that because some packages are oversized or overweight we cannot guarantee shipment of all accessories we carry to specific areas in the USA such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please review the shipping tab on the product description page to confirm if that product can ship to your area.
We also offer International shipment worldwide and to Canada. Additional rates would apply for International shipments, please review shipping tab before completing your purchase to view rates and delivery time frames. All International packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail, we also offer more expedited shipping services.

Our office only ships packages Monday-Friday, we do not ship on the weekends or during any major holidays, any orders placed outside of our shipping period will be processed on the next working business day.

RETURNS
Hassle Free Returns
At 707 Motoring we understand that sometimes after receiving an item you realize that you no longer want it or other situations arise, that is why we offer our hassle free return program. If you receive an item and your not completely satisfied or simply changed your mind about the purchase just go ahead and send it back within 14 days of receipt to receive either your money back or an easy exchange. Please review below for all return policy information.
Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you can have that item returned to us for a refund or exchange.
All items being returned must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). See below on how to obtain an RMA#.
Returned items must be returned back in original condition and be ready to be placed back on our shelves. Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered would not be accepted back for a return. If the double sided 3M tape is peeled off or the white protective film has been completely removed we cannot accept the item back for a return.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Buyer is responsible to have the item returned back to us. All items being returned must be sent back with a valid tracking number to ensure we receive the package. If an item arrives back to us and is damaged during transit the buyer would be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company used to return the item.
Some products do require cutting and/or drilling in order for the product to fit properly, buyer would be responsible for return shipping for those products if they don't want to proceed with the additional installation requirements.
Obtain RMA#
To obtain an RMA# simply send us an eBay message requesting to return your item and please specify to us the reason for the return so we can note for our records, once we get that we will respond back with all the return instructions. Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we receive your item back you will receive a confirmation message notifying you that your return has been received and we will have it inspected for any damage or misuse. Once this process is completed (normally 3-4 business days after receiving item) we will process a refund back to your payment account or ship out an item that you wanted to exchange. Please note that it may take 3-4 days before you are able to see the refund on your credit card statement.
On exchanged items buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs unless we shipped out the incorrect item or an item is defective.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all pieces from the packaging to ensure you received the correct set and number of pieces for your vehicle.
2. Inspect all pieces for damages or defects.
3. Test fit all pieces next to your vehicle. (Do not peel of red double sided tape until after step 4). Test fitting all pieces first will give you a good idea of how to apply each piece. Once the double sided tape is peeled and pillars are stuck onto the vehicle it will be impossible to remove them without causing damage to the piece. If installed and double sided tape removed item will not be accepted back for return, dry fitting is important before installing.
4. Using an alcohol pad, clean the existing pillar posts area to remove any existing grease, wax, or residue. Please sure the outside temperature is approx. 40 degrees or higher. Try to avoid installing when the car is extremely hot.
5. Slowly peel off the double sided tape on the back and stick each pillar post piece in place. Press down on each piece for approx. 20-30 seconds to ensure a tight fitment. To ensure a tighter hold you can heat up the back of the tape with a hair dryer or heating device before installing each piece.
6. Remove the protective cover.
7. Your job is complete. Use a soft cloth to wipe away any fingerprints on the pillars. Avoid washing the vehicle for at least 24hrs.
