We ship via USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. We only ship within the United States. We gladly ship to APO's, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Typically all orders ship out in 3-5 working days, weekends and holidays are excluded. We put ourselves in our buyers shoes and we understand that you want what you've paid for as quickly as possible. Therefore we will make every effort to get your product shipped as quickly as possible. Local Pick Up/Will Call is welcome. Please contact us for information.

If items are damaged during shipping, they are either covered by shipping insurance, or the responsibility of the carrier, please notify us immediately on how to proceed with a claim.

Buyer has 30 days from date of receipt to return or exchange items. Items being returned or exchanged must be in brand new condition and never installed on vehicle. We cannot issue a refund or exchange items that have been used, installed, or are missing parts. All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping cost incurred by seller. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back as well as the shipping cost for the exchanged item, along with any customs/duty fees. We will ship your exchanged item after we have received and inspected the item you are returning. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees for any product that is refused upon delivery or is undeliverable as addressed when shipped to the address provided by the buyer.

ATL Autosports rotors have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase provided that the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation, or has not been subject to modification or alteration. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation, track racing, off-road use, or improper installation. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase, and must be approved prior to being returned, and customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Any compensation for warranty claims, will be in the form of product replacement, or store credit. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with a warranty claim.
