The Firestone 1/4\" 9000 Style Air Bag is a taperedsleeve-style bag that is perfect on the rear of lighter vehicles that have aseparate spring and shock. With a minimum height of 4.5 inches and a maximumheight of 12 inches, the Firestone 9000 has an impressive 7.5 inches of stroke.The Firestone 9000 only has a 5-inch diameter, so its ideal for vehicles withlimited installation space. The Firestone 1/4\" 9000 Style Air Bag featuresa single 1/4\" port and two top mounting holes that are 2.75” apart fromcenter to center.
Note: Please do not over extend this bag, if the bag will over extendmeans comes out of bottom plastic piston then these will collapse sidewayscausing rubbing. The usable maximum stroke is 8-8.5\" depending upon bagbrackets, bag mounts. For load leveling/ helper bags make sure that there is3-4\" clearance between frame and tires. Always use right type of bagmounts to get maximum benefit from these bags. Always use recommended torquefor bolts as specified on bag.
