- Each item should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damage or other issue should be reported within 2 business days.
- If a product is found to be damaged please contact us via eBay or call during our normal business hours at (801) 805-8236. Our claims department will request some information from you to help with the claim process. Once this information is collected we will immediately take care of all the paper work (if needed) and/or work towards a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
- If an item is found to be incorrect please contact us via eBay or call during our normal business hours at (801) 805-8236. Our error department will work with you to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
- If after an item has been shipped you realize you purchased the incorrect item, or simply no longer need the part, please contact us within 5 business days so we can provide you with return information. You will need to have the item shipped back within 30 days in order to receive a refund. The cost for shipping the part out as well as the cost to paint the item will need to be deducted from the original purchase price.
