1. Please confirm your shipping address on PayPal when making payment. For any undeliverable package reshipping fee will be charged. If a package needs to be rerouted, buyer is rerouting fee charged by shipping carrier.

All of our orders are dropshipped via either FedEx Ground or USPS that depends on shipping address and orders will be shipped with within 48-72 hours after payment received AND tracking will be uploaded on the eBay after shipped. 3. We insure if package is $100 and up. Shipping insurance WILL NOT COVER the delivered package was lost or stolen if shipping carrier provided the delivery proof. We offer \"signature require\" mailing service, that will be $4 extra. Please let us know before make a payment if you need.

4. All domestic shipping charges apply to Continental 48 states only. Items ship to AK, HI, PR, Territories and international, please contact us for a shipping quotation. International customer may need to pay brokerage fee, custom duty and tax upon receipt of package based on your country’s rate. INSURANCE CLAIM
If your item is received damaged or items are missing from a package, please contact us immediately and hang on to the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled.

Domestic: USPS SHIPPING: You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. FEDEX SHIPPING: FedEx will arrange the pickup schedule for inspection.

International: If you receive an article that was sent from abroad that is damaged or has some contents missing, take it to any Post Office™ right away. Be sure to bring the item, the mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents. The Post Office will verify the damage and have you complete a claim form. The package may have to be returned to its country of origin to complete this claim.

If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, please contact us immediately. Please keep the box and the label because we might need some reference num or box size to determine if the item is incorrect or not. We might also require some digital picture to see if the item is incorrect or not. We will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fee if we make the mistake.

If customer believes that the item does not fit your car, we highly recommended our customer to go to professional installation or get more information about how the item does not fit. We might need some pictures to prove to us how the item does not fit. If there is enough proof that the item does not fit your vehicle, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee and full refund will be issued to the buyer.

Return & Exchange
  • Returns are accepted if reported with within 14 Days of delivery. All returns must have a valid RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us and must be in the original package/boxes.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: item was received damaged; wrong item was received; exchanges.
  • The return item must be in original, uninstalled, unused condition and must be in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. Items returned in poor condition, or having parts/original packaging missing will not be credited.

This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement. Warranty does not include cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damage. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise to original place of purchase.
