WARRANTY RETURNS
This product carries a 180 day replacement warranty. The warrantydoes not protect against abuse, misuse, or negligence of the operator and orinstallation. In the rare case that an item should fail, contact our customerservice at 214-263-9178, and have your original invoice ready. We will thenprovide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. Allreturns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not includea return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, areplacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only beexchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given on a defective return.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If you should receive an item that you did not order, please contact ourcustomer service at 214-263-9178. We will provide a prepaid return shippinglabel for the incorrect item. Upon return, we will ship the correct item at nocharge.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you find an item arrived damaged,please keep the boxes and all packing materials and call our customer serviceat 214-263-9178, within 5 business days of receipt. We will file allshipping claims for our customers and send replacement parts out within 5business days.
INCORRECT PURCHASES
All of our listings clearly state exactly what year, make, model, andoptions that the part fits. If you should purchase an item for a vehicle notlisted or a vehicle where the options differ from those listed, and it does notfit, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund of thepurchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in unusedcondition and include the undamaged original item box inside the originalshipping box. Used or installed items can only be exchanged for the same part.Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of thecustomer.
