To return an item you must contact us within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and a return shipping call-tag.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is determined to have been defective at time of sale and a functionally equivalent replacement part is not available. Return Shipping will only be covered if the above conditions are met and customer is issued a call tag by the our Return Department (using our preferred carrier).
