Returns are accepted for a 30 day period after the sale. To return an item you must contact us via eBay communication within 30 day period to obtain return instructions.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
ShippingMost small parts will ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping company used will be determined by our shipping department regardless of method listed for the item. Shipping times will always be the same, or quicker than listed barring shipping company disruptions.
All parts are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. Any delays in shipping once the part has left our facility is outside of our control and isin the hands of the shipping company.
Large items such as engines, transmission, some transfer cases, some carrier assemblies, rear axle assemblies, and front axle assembies will usually ship via freight carrier. We arrange the freight accommodations for shipments but we do need your help to do so. We get very good rates through over a dozen different freight companies to get you the lowest freight price possible. Please be aware that freight shipments should always be sent to a business address with a loading dock or forklift that can unload a full size 53 foot freight truck. We can ship a freight item to a business address without a loading dock or forklift but there is an additional lift gate delivery fee. We need to know before quoting you the frieght cost. **Home businesses are not considered business addresses** Residential shipments are possible but are much more expensive. If you have a way to pick-up your freight item, we can send it to a freight terminal for you. The terminal location is determined by us. Terminal pickup is usually as cheap as a business shipment, but not always depending on terminal locations.
Alternations to your freight shipment after the item has left our facility will be at additional cost.

We sell used auto parts. This means that while these parts are tested and looked over before being stocked, they will show normal wear for their age. For example, if you buy a part for a car that is 15 years old, expect it to look like a part that is in useable condition, but has been used for 15 years.
Greenpoint Auto Parts is located in Brewer, Maine. Here in the Northeast we have long winters that require the use of salt and other chemicals on winter roads to help keep them clear of ice and snow. This leads to corrosion on exteral automotive parts. If you live in an area that does not experience much snow and icein the winter our parts may not appear as you would expect. External parts will have some rust and corrosion. We do not stock parts that are corroded beyond use. Surface rust does not make a mark unusable.
