Shipping
Most products listed on our eBay store ship the same business day you place your order. Once your package ships, we will provide a tracking number. We will combine items to reduce shipping costs when applicable.
For international shipping, we use the eBay Global Shipping Program. When purchasing multiple items, use the eBay “cart feature” so you can make just one transaction and get combined shipping. This is the only way we can combine international shipping.
Return Policy
We strive to provide quality parts and customer service. If within 30 days after you receive your items, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s for a refund. Items must be returned in NEW condition with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and copy of your original invoice. Before receiving credit all returns will be inspected to ensure they are returned in new condition with all included manuals, accessories, parts, and/or original packaging. Failure to return the item/s in new, unused, unaltered condition with all additional materials will be subject to a restocking fee or no refund. Items should be repackaged the same way they were received (in most cases with packing material and double boxed) with item invoice included. We recommend all return packages be trackable for the safety of both the customer and the business. We will not assume responsibility for lost shipments.
Refunds: You can expect your refund once we have received and inspected your return.
