EuroEffects, Inc. is not liable for any damages to any vehicle and or other form of installation from usage of our products. The consumer is recommended to use a professional installer or a EFX Authorized Install Center for installation. However, if a professional installer has made any damages by usage of our product then the installer themselves are responsible for any repairs or losses to the consumer not EuroEffects, Inc.

It shall be noted that our products are fully tested and do not cause any issues with any standard install procedures. It is recommended that you install all of our products at your own risk and that you are technically inclined to do so.

Warranty & Returns

REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS: Merchandise credit

Return Policy details:
If the items are not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping and fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we will do our best to make it right. Bottom line, we want you happy!

Shipping, handling, and installation and/or removal costs are not covered under our “lifetime warranty” and are the buyer responsibility. All warranty issues are subject to our inspection and approval, shipping, handling, and testing fees may apply and are not covered under our “lifetime warranty” Liability is limited to repair or replacement of material found defective. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will not be subject to factory warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
