This is a
used HEATER BLOWER FAN MOTOR with SQUIRREL CAGE FAN WHEEL, carefully removed
from my 1963 Dodge Dart without factory air. I think it will fit 1963 and 1964 (and
maybe a little later) Dodge Dart and Plymouth Valiant, but please, check with
an expert before offerding, to be sure that this will fit your own vehicle.
I have had
this in inside dry storage for decades, and it ran well when it was removed,
but I hooked it up to a 12 Volt battery, before listing on , to check it.
The motor started right up and seems to come up to full speed immediately, but
you may want to oil the motor bushings yourself to attain maximum service life.
The motor runs beautifully. Also included is the original 4-bolt-hole 6-1/2
Inch diameter mounting flange, round rubber donut gasket, and the original
squirrel cage fan wheel.
The
squirrel cage measures 4-1/4 Inches in Outside Diameter, and is 2-7/16 Inches
wide.
The
terminals have been replaced on the orange and black wires, so I don’t know if
this was the original equipment blower motor, or a replacement. Please examine
the photos carefully to make your own determination if this is OEM equipment,
or not.
This blower motor assembly has been carefully packaged and boxed for prompt
shipment to you. Most items paid for by 11 AM will be in the mail to you by 2 PM the same day. Thanks for looking at
my items.
WHY BUY
FROM ME?
I have
consistently earned high marks from buyers for prompt shipping, good
communication, and for items arriving intact, undamaged, and accurately
matching my written description.
Whenever
possible I use recycled high quality hospital-grade boxes, originally used for
shipping medical equipment. I know you want to receive your item promptly, so I
try to ship the same day if possible, otherwise I will ship the very next
business day. Here’s my shipping policy: When your package arrives, you may see
that the actual cost for shipping is not exactly what you paid. If the cost is
higher, you owe nothing. If the cost is lower, I will keep the difference, to
pay for shipping costs like bubble wrap and gasoline used to drive your package
to the Post Office. If you agree with my shipping policy, I would invite you to
please offer on my item today, before another buyer gets your item, and while
you are still thinking about it. Almost
all my items are one of a kind, so when sold, I will not ever have another like
it to offer on . Thank you.
I cannot
ship to an address that is different from your CONFIRMED PayPal address. PayPal
does not allow it, so if you have moved recently, please update your shipping
address on your PayPal account BEFORE offerding. I ship only to the 50 states in
the USA, no foreign countries.
Security:
To protect both buyers and sellers, your item may arrive in a plastic bag
sealed with a tamper evident seal, hidden tamper tape, tamper-proof seal, bar
code sticker, or any of several other methods of positively identifying your
purchased item. In no case will any kind of tape or seal ever be attached to
any item in a way that will disfigure its appearance. In addition to the
identifying photo in the posting, I may also have additional photos on
file of each item listed. These security precautions of positive identification
have become necessary to prevent unscrupulous buyers from purchasing expensive
items, and attempting to return or exchange their old malfunctioning items for
a refund.
All sales
are final unless there is a significant error in the item description, and
buyer pays return shipping. Thanks for your interest in my items.
