Once you have purchased your item, select the Direct Deposit option at 'check out' and our banking details will be displayed. Please ensure that you use your user name for the reference. If this is not done, your order will be delayed while we try to identify where the payment came from. When your payment has been confirmed to be cleared in our account, the item status will be will be marked as 'payment received' and posted out to you. MONEY ORDER:
Similar to the Direct Deposit option, our postal details will be displayed. Please make payment to '4WD Products Trust' and ensure your user name or your own name is recorded on the back of the Money Order. Please retain your payment stub in case there is a problem. Your Money Order will probably take a couple of days to reach us once posted, but once received the status of the item will be marked as 'payment received' and your order will be dispatched to you ASAP. Our preferred method is via Eparcel Express Postage as this not only the fastest method to receive your purchase, it is also trackable and requires a signature on delivery. Most of our items are dispatched to Australian buyers via this option. Some small items (under 250 grams) may also be sent via Express Post envelope. EPARCEL STANDARD:
In the event that an item is bulky and/or heavy, we offer Eparcel Standard. Whilst this method takes up to a few days more to arrive, it still offers the security of being trackable. In the event that you will not be home when your item is delivered, please state 'AUTHORISED TO LEAVE IF NOBODY HOME' in the notes section of your payment. If not, a card will be left and you will need to attend your local Post Office to collect your parcel. Pick up is only available in rare circumstances and you must contact us well in advance of a purchase to arrange it, as this must be outlined in the 'delivery' method of the item. We've sent out our products to just about every place in the world even Antarctica! Depending on the postal service you have selected, it can take anywhere from 1 to 7 weeks for your parcel to arrive (Registered Post International with Seamail being the slowest) and many of the lower priced options do not have tracking. Please note - Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, so please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying. • Used for a purpose other than which it is manufactured for
• Modified, altered or changed from original manufactured state
• Fitted to a vehicle for which it was not compatible
• Incorrectly fitted or fitted without due care
• Misused or damaged by the fitter or user
• Failed due to misuse, abuse or mishandling
• Instructions related to correct fitment were not followed
• All parts required and/or supplied for the correct fitment of the part were not used
• Was not fitted by a 'licensed mechanic' if outlined that it is to be
In the event that the part has failed under correct fitment and normal use, either a replacement part or a refund will be issued at no cost to the buyer. The first course of action should be to contact us - please contact us within the messaging system using CONTACT SELLER and not the 'Resolve an Issue' button.
