After an auction ends or the \"buy it now\" option is used an invoice will be sent to you. All items must be paid with in 3 days, or a non paying bidder alert will be filed against you. If you have special circumstances to prevent payment with in the time frame, please notify us as soon as possible.
We prefer PayPal as method of payment.
Your item will be shipped with in 1-3 business days, after payment received if you paid through PayPal.

Easy Returns
To return the item you must:
* Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us, with in 30 days of receipt of the product.
* Clearly post a RA# on outside of the package.
* Send the package back to us.
We\'ll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.
We will refund your money within 24-48 hours. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We will refund full amount only if there was a mistake on our side.
Exchange & Part Replacement
To exchange the item to a different color, there will be a $25 fee.
If you received the item in different color due to our error, there will be no fees + we will refund shipping charges.
We will send you new item within 2-3 business days once it has been received.
If you purchased wrong kit for your car (for example if your car has automatic transmission and you\'ve purchased a kit with manual transmission etc.) additional charges may apply to order replacement parts.
If you received a wrong item for your car due to our error, we will send you replacement parts within 2-3 business days at no cost to you.
Damaged Product:
If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS), you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we received authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to us. Shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.
We do not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.
