Warranty:Amer-Rac products are warranted for a period of one year against all defects in structural materials and workmanship provided they are assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer\'s specifications and instructions. Powder coated products cannot be warranted against rust. If you get some scrapes of scratches, touch them up with a rust protective paint, such as Rustoleum.
RETURN POLICY: If box is damaged don’t accept it. Damaged boxes can’t be returned. If defective or wrong one, save box and all packing material. Contact uswithin 14 days. Do not return until we send you a Return Form and Return Address. Ship to us in original box, with all packing, parts, & instructions. If it is in good re-saleable condition when we get it, we’ll promptly send refund. If problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay the return shipping cost. There’s a $100.00 (US) restocking fee; which will be deducted from your refund.
