We are professional restorers of Corvette and Camaro aluminum intake manifolds. The one for sale here is a new GM manifold made for their hi performance 383 ci crate motors and as a replacement for the Corvette LT1 and the Camaro Z28 engines. They made 2 versions of it. The early one like you see here has the Winters snow flakeon the front runner like the 64 through the 72 Corvettes and Camaros plushas the provision for an oil tube. The later one has the snow flake on the front water passage and no place for an oil tube.The casting number is the same for both 14044836.This one has the shield on the bottom and comes with a new heater hose fitting, carb stud kit and 2 brass plugs. This isthe high rise hi performance manifold. They have been discontinued from GM for decades.This has the Holley carb bolt pattern.
