Returns

Lost or Damage
If you receive your item damage please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package in a total of 3 attemptsFor inspection. The investigation can take 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you once the damage items are returned to our location.
If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier. We will report a lost package,
keep in mind that the investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will be in contact with the received to gather more information needed.
