This is a heater control vacuum hose one way check valve that is used on Classic Saab 900 cars to prevent vacuum loss from the storage tank. This was removed from a 1994 Classic Saab 900 convertible. One is mounted on my 1984 Saab 900 turbo near the rear of the intake manifold.
