We usually expect payment to be made right after the purchase by Paypal. Please call us on 01526 344277 to make a credit / debit card payment over the phone or contact us for our bank details if you would prefer to make a bank transfer.
If no contact made a reminder will be sent two days after the purchase to buyers who have not made a payment for their item. A non payment case will be opened five days after the purchase if no payment received or no contact made by buyer regarding payment.

We despatch items Monday to Friday on the day of the purchase if the order is received before 2pm. Although our cut-off time is 2pm we still try our best to process orders received before 3pm on the day of purchase. Any items bought over the weekend or public holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Standard 48 and 24 hour delivery options in UK 95% of the time will reach buyers within specified time but please be aware that Standard Delivery options are not guaranteed services. Only Royalmail Special and Other 24 hour Courrier options are guaranteed next working day services for UK buyers.

If your car does not exist in the listing it usually means the part will not fit your car but if you have a part number from your old unit or from your main dealer and it matches one of the part numbers in the listing then the part will be compatible with your car.

If you haven`t checked with us prior to purchase and the part turns out to be incorrect part for your car and your car is not in the listing then you can return the part unused, in its original packaging. The postage is paid by the buyer in this sort of instances.

You must choose "Change of mind" for reason of return when returning an item through eBay's managed returns that you mistakenly bought or no longer need.
FAULTY ITEM-RETURN: If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will either issue a replacement or refund including original postage.
