Unless otherwise indicated, you can return your purchase for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receiving it. It must not be installed or alerted and it has to include all parts and factory boxes. Returned merchandise has to be shipped back prepaid and insured. Please email us for return authorization.

WE INSURE ALL THE PACKAGES. Please inspect
your package upon receiving it and note all damage before accepting it. If shipment
is damaged and require replacement/refund, you MUST initiate damage inspection
with shipping company. We will then file a claim and promptly refund/replace your
item at no cost to you. Pleaseinspect the item before installing it.
Once installed, we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company or reimburse you - no exceptions. If you do not follow these simple instructions, we will not be responsible for the damage or your reimbursement.
Please keep all the boxes and paperwork until you complete the installation. Original box is required for all returns, damage inspection, etc.

We gladly ship internationally but the
labor involved in paperwork and tracking is very high. If you want us to ship to your country,
please contact us for a shipping quotation but please be prepared to pay much
higher shipping and handling fees.
IMPORTANT: International handling and shipping time
will be longer than domestic one. We
will not be responsible for your local cross-border or Customs fees or taxes and
they are not a part of the selling price. Unless wrong item shipped, absolutely no
returns for international We are not providing any warranty for international orders.
NOTE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: To expedite Canadian border paperwork we are already
including broker fees in the shipping charge. You
will still be responsible for VAT or local taxes, if any. These
taxes, imposed by
Canadian Government, are not a part of the shipping cost we charge. This applies only to Canadian shipments via
FedEx and UPS.

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse immediately after cleared payment and you will receive advanced tracking number notification. Some of the items are shipped directly from the manufacturers who also ship immediately but tracking information will be delayed. Occasionally, the manufacturers are backlogged and shipments are delayed up to 14 days or more. It is very, very rare but it can happen so please be patient. If you cannot wait we will immediately refund your payment.
The buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the products. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products can withstand and these products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving.
Some of our products are not suitable for towing. Our products are designed to be sold as decorative accessories, and should not be relied upon as protection for both passengers and vehicle.
