This is a high quality ceramic extremely high temperature muffler packing kit. Used OEM on high quality performance muffler systems. Far superior to fiberglass mat which handles very low temps before deteriorating and falling apart. Our ceramic packing kit is a much higher density than fiberglass packing kits creating a very desirable tone from you muffler. Ceramic also handles over 2400 degrees Fahrenheit so it won\'t melt apart like fiberglass.
This 1\" thick packing kit can easily be tightly packed in one muffler or split into 1/2\" sections to make enough material to loosely repack two mufflers in most cases.
