RETURNPOLICY
DeutschepartsUSA will not warranty any/all parts which arenot installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
v Non-returnable orders:
Ø Custom or special orders
Ø Installed, used or disassembled items
Ø Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's,coils, blowers, relays, etc.)
v All returns must meet the below listed criteria to beaccepted & processed:
Ø Must have an RMA number assigned
Ø Must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
Ø Are not used, installed, or disassembled
Ø Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
Ø Are in the original packaging
Notes:
ü eBay customers must first agree to the eBay withdrawalprocess before any refund will be issued.
üOriginal method of payment will berefunded upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
üAn RMA number is valid for ten (10)days from date of issuance.
üIf the item or the order receivedfree shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted from the cost ofthe merchandise returned.
üIf there is proof of error on ourpart, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return of merchandise(continental U.S. only). However, if theproduct was ordered in error, all return shipping costs are to be paid by thecustomer.

Ø Any Part of Kit return received without prior authorization,WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Ø All Part of Kit returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Once we have receivedyour return, conducted an inspection of the products and verified that yourreturn meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued to the originalmethod of payment.
RESTOCKINGFEES
At DeustchepartsUSA option arestocking fee can be applied to the following:
Ø Products not returned in the original packaging in sellablecondition

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
All parts purchased from DeutschepartsUSAcarry a full unconditional one year warranty from date of purchase to be freeof all defects in material or workmanship. Should a part fail within the twelve(12) month warranty period, DeutschepartsUSA will provide an immediatereplacement of the part. This Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for arefund of the purchase price, and/or any labor costs involved in the removaland installation of the part. Additionally,DeutschepartsUSA is not responsible for any loss of use in service or repaircosts incurred for incidental damage resulting from the failed product.
DeutschepartsUSA is not liable forany loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use orinability to use the product. Under nocircumstances shall DeutschepartsUSA be liable for any loss, cost expense,inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product. DeutschepartsUSA makes no other warranty,either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties ofmerchantability, fitness of particular purpose, or conformity to any to anyrepresentative or description, with respect to this product other than as setforth below. Warranty Replacement Requirements:
