This is a used 9036S Carter Thermo-Quad four barrel carburetor. It is the original equipment carb for 1975,1976, 1977 Dodge Ramcharger, truck, van, PlymouthTrailduster, 440 cubic inch, 8 eight cylinder engines and automatictransmission. The base is stamped 9036Sand is dated 197 6. This carb wasremoved from a Dodge in a Southern Californiajunk yard a while back.
The literature from Carter lists the application as:
1975 Dodge & Fargo truck w/ 440-1” (Calif.) A/T,
Other resources on the internet show this number compatible with 1975-1977Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouthcars and trucks with 400 and 440 engine.
