Although we did not manufacture the parts that we sell, we do stand behind them. This part includes a parts warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the Notes line found the Item Specifics section. This warranty covers the main component of the part only. Coverage of labor cost for installation, removal, re-programming, etc. is not provided under any circumstance. All parts have tamper-proof markings which if damaged void the warranty.
 All parts must be properly installed and maintained according to factory specifications. The warranty is non-transferable (between vehicles or owners). We must be informed immediately of any discovered defect. Failure to do so shall void any warranty. At our discretion, we may require that an independent repair facility of our choice verify such defects. We are not responsible for any transportation cost incurred due to a failed part. Any improper use such as, but not limited to racing, neglect, mishandling of said part shall void the warranty.  Improper installation, repair or modification of said part shall void this warranty. Parts installed on a commercial vehicle are not covered. Any existing problems with the vehicle in which the parts are intended for that cause damage to the recycled part shall void the warranty. Failure to follow all instructions on the included installation tag will void the warranty. You, the purchaser, are obligated to establish compliance with any and all conditions set forth for any warranty claim to be accepted. Warranty does not cover any claims of personal injury, economic losses, inconveniences, transportation, towing and any consequential damages.
If the main component of the part purchased fails to operate normally after proper installation within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. We will promptly send a functionally equivalent replacement part whenever possible. When a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund. The original defective part must be returned to us (we will provide a return shipping label) either way. The refund will be processed only after we have received it.
Our Engine Warranty covers internal parts only, which include: Pistons, Rings, Push Rods, Rocker Arms, Lifters, Rocker Arm Shafts, Crankshafts & Bearings, Rods, Camshafts & Bearings, Valves & Guides, Oil Pump, and Engine Block & Cylinder Head. Blocks and Cylinder Heads have tamper-proof heat tabs installed. The warranty is void if the center of a heat tab is melted out, as this indicates over-heating. Engines: Proof of oil changes within manufacturer's recommendation for normal use is required. Transmission Warranty covers internal parts which include gears, oil pump, torque convertor, valve body, solenoids, clutch pack, etc. Automatic Transmissions: Proof of replacing the fluid, filter (when applicable),seals and gaskets, as well as flushing the radiator and cooling lines prior to installation is required, or the warranty is void. We strongly recommend having an experienced professional install your automatic transmission due to the complexity and sensitivity of modern transmissions. During re-installation, it is important that torque convertors are properly aligned and mated to the flywheel by hand (versus power/air tools). The warranty is limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the part. Manual Transmissions, Transfer Cases, Differentials: Proof of replacing the fluid, gaskets and seals is required, or the warranty is void.
If you need to return a part, please contact us for instructions. Original shipping costs are never refunded for any reason besides a major error in the listing (not including incorrect color or fitment of included pieces besides the main component). The refund will be less the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs through the carrier of your choice. If the item included free shipping, the refund will be less the actual shipping & handling cost that we incurred to deliver the part to you, our valued customer. We will provide that amount with the return instructions. Incorrectly ordered or not needed parts are subject to a 20% (of the total purchase price) re-stocking fee, which is also deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the administrative, labor and supplies expense that we incur as a result of the item being returned.

We do not ship internationally, but we can ship to a domestic exporter/freight forwarder of your choice. You are responsible for that arrangement. For large parts that require truck freight shipping (i.e. Engines, Automatic Transmissions, Seats etc.): YOU MUST PROVIDE A BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL (COMMERCIAL) ADDRESS FOR THESE TYPES OF PURCHASES. WE DO NOT SHIP LARGE FREIGHT ITEMS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES OR HOME BUSINESSES. If you do not have a commercial address, we can have it shipped to the nearest Freight Terminal where you can pick it up. Typically that facility is within 200 miles. You must have the means to accept the whole palletized shipment (i.e. truck/ trailer/etc). If you do not have the ability to unload the pallet from the back of a tractor trailer/big rig with a forklift, outside loading dock, another truck, etc., we can arrange for the freight company to drop the pallet to ground level with a liftgate, at no additional cost to you.  Most Manual/Standard transmissions ship via UPS Ground, and can be delivered to a residential address. We offer 2 levels of freight shipping. Economy is gauranteed within 10 business days (Monday-Friday, non-holiday). Standard Service is guaranteed within 5 business days. As a guideline: Using Economy service, freight items shipped within New England will arrive within 2 days,  East of the Mississippi River within 3-5 days, West of the Rocky Mountains 5-9 days. This item will be palletized/crated and delivered by a freight carrier with insurance in a tractor trailer or box truck that is operated by an independent shipping company. The truck willl not go off-pavement to unload due to damage liability. The part will be secured to a standard sized pallet with metal banding and will be heavy (150-900 pounds). If there is obvious damage to the packaging: do not sign for it, as this releases all liability onto you and we cannot make an insurance claim. ABBREVIATIONS & DESCRIPTIONS
Parts Grading: A standard code system from the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, collision repair facilities, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing what these codes mean will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it.
A Grade      Used part that is of low mileage (relative to model year) and/or is in exceptional condition. It may show limited wear and has minimal imperfections such as fine scratches, minor surface rust, etc. See photographs & Conditions & Options line.
B Grade      Used part in average condition. It is of average mileage (relative to model year and/or is in normal condition for its age. It may show wear, scratches, gouges, marks, pits, rust, corrosion, dents or other minor imperfections. See photographs & Conditions & Options line.
C Grade      Used part with high mileage and/or light damage or is for parts/repair only as noted in the Conditions & Options line. See photographs.Â
Electrical and mechanical parts are graded automatically based on age & mileage of the donor vehicle. Therefore, the grade C part might actually be in better condition than the Grade B due to environmental conditions, prior replacement, care by the previous owner(s), etc. We  cannot alter that grade manually.
All parts are tested when possible prior to removal from the donor vehicle to help ensure that they are fully functional.Â

We do our best to accurately show the part color in the photographs, so please examine & compare them carefully. Some parts have the actual OEM paint or trim code of the part listed in the Conditions & Options line. Paint & trim colors on parts (i.e. side view mirrors, switches, etc.) can vary slightly due to differences in paint tint lots and how the previous owner cared for the vehicle.  Therefore, exact color match to your vehicle is not guaranteed. We also do our best to determine if a part is aftermarket (vs. OEM) and note so in the Conditions & Options line. Occasionally, it is not obvious, so we apologize in advance for any ommisions. Aftermarket parts are made by a company other than the original parts manufacturer and are designed to look, fit and operate like the original. Rebuilt parts (i.e. alternators, starters, A/C Compressors, etc.) are parts that have been disassembled, cleaned, repaired, re-assembled, and often contain many OEM parts. Any common design problems with that particular unit are often re-designed or repaired to prevent further problems, making them a superior part to the OEM.
In the part detail section, there is a \"Conditions & Options\" line. This is where all additional details of each part (including manufacturing date of the donor vehicle, actual condition, options, damage codes & descriptions, included pieces, included warranty length, etc.) are listed in our computer system. Unfortunately, it is limited by 36 characters, so we use abbreviations to fit a lot of information into a small space. Our computer system allows us to show that information to you in each of our listings. It should be read and interpreted carefully to help ensure fitment of the part and satisfaction with it. Paint codes, Option Codes and actual part #'s directly from the part may also be found in the Notes line. They might be notes that are only relevant to us or our industry customers who can see the same information online.Â
An example of an industry-specific abbreviation is when you see the abbreviation \"NIQ\" or \"NIC\" in the Notes line, which means that it has been designated as \"Not Insurance Quality.\" NIQ/NIC parts are not in good enough condition to be used in a repair job that a body shop is doing on a vehicle for most insurance companies. It's not easily possible to return the part to it's original showroom condition due to scrapes, gouges, pits, cracks, etc. NIB is associated with term B Grade, and means it's not a Grade A part, although it's still acceptable for repairers who require insurance quality. The numberical/alphabetical codes that you see in the Notes (i.e. 0S2, 6F1, 000)  refer to the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) Damage Code system to indicate location,type and size of damage and imperfections to exterior parts. We try to show this best for you in the photographs where we don't have to abbreviate. Please contact us if you have any questions, or search online for the chart showing locations on each part. We usually accompany each code with a brief (often abbreviated) written description of the damage. It's always important to carefully examine the photographs of the item to help ensure your own satisfaction.Â

 NON-MATCH (the part # on the listed item does not match the interchange system and may not be compatible with the listed vehicles, rather only vehicles that have that exact part #). Takeoff means that it is a like new OEM part that was taken off a vehicle before delivery to a customer from the dealership (less than 1,000 miles on it, and very minimal if any wear.Â
Orientation (United States production based): The LH or Lt.(Left) side is the driver's side of the vehicle (referenced while sitting in the Driver's Seat), and the RH or Rt.(Right) is the passenger's side of the vehicle. UPR (Upper), LWR (Lower), W/ (with/), W/O (without/), Excl. (excluding). Incl. (Including). When viewing tail lights: QTR MTD (Quarter Panel Mounted) or OUTER means the outermost taillight, usually between the decklid/hatch and the quarter panel. LID MTD (Deck Lid/Trunk Mounted) or INNER means the innermost taillight.Â
