What you are offerding on is a chrome snail shell horn set, over 110DB.It comes with a high horn and a low horn,relay and mounting hardware.The horn body is made of steel and the horn shells are chromed polyvinyl chloride so there is norust .It also comes with installation directions.They really sound and look great.I use them on my cars.Due to factory shipping some chrome may have blemishes.
