All items are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes and packaged to ensure protection.Shipments to buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or outside the United States -Please contact us for a shipping quote. Outside the U.S., buyers may be subject to local tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees. Please be aware ofthis before offerding or purchasing. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product received, contact us within 48 hours. Please have the item number and FedEx tracking number available. All Factory Wheels will be happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Items must be returned within 14 days. The product must be returned in the same state it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONCE WHEELS ARE MOUNTED, ALL RIGHTS TO RETURN ARE FORFEITED.
If you receive an item that does not match the description as listed, All Factory Wheels will incur charges for return shipping and replacement product.
