I have a lowered85 Corvette that I use extensively for autocross. I run 335/17 tires or 25.0x12.0-16slicks all around and the hood lips and rear fendershad taken a beating. So, I had a laid off auto industry stylist/clay model maker who used to work with Larry Shinoda mock up some flares for me. They are far more attractive than the rare and expensiveGM export Grand Sport ones that just stick onas these flow into the hood lines very well.

They will give clearance and cover any size tire that you will run even with a lowered car. You can add them to gain tire clearance if you cut away the original or just add them without cutting for the more aggressive and sporty appearance. The Grand Sport flare follows the original fender line and cannot give all the tire clearance available with these flares. If you are concerned about clearance for big tires on a lowered car, this is the flare for you.

They come in white gelcoat finish with extra depth beyond the suggested trim line that allows you to make them wider than how I have installed them onthe 89. Thesepictures are of them on the car before paintingto show youhowgoodthey fit . Very little filler is needed to blend them in.
