All items shipped within the 48 United States ship via UPS or USPS depending on the item ordered. In most cases, shipping time should not exceed 7 days.

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item should be returned in the original packaging including a copy of the online payment receipt and the reason for return. A full refund of the original purchase price and the cost of return shipping will be issued if the return was a result of our error (i.e. we shipped the wrong item, you received a defective product, etc.). You should receive your refund within two weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. All refunds will be issued in the manner that payment was received.
