Needs repair to the area that they are notorious for cracking at.
I have no idea how deep this crack might be. (I am assuming the worst)
Since these parts are getting harder and harder to find in decent shape you may want to just get it over with and have this piece repaired by your local machine or muffler shop.
You can mask the repaired area with aheat collector that is usually mounted over the left manifold.
