This clamp can be used for brake lines, fuel lines, and wire looms. These clamps are made from aluminum bar stock with Delrin inserts that lock in place with an O-ring. You can change the tube sizes these clamps will hold by changing the Delrin insert. Series \"A\" or 812 Series clamps hold a range from 3/16 inch to 3/8 inch tube. Delrin inserts can easily be drilled for custom sizes. Stainless flat head allen screws hold clamps together and mount the clamps. Clamps are .625 inches wide and .813 inches tall and 3.768 inches long with double 10-32 screws with 2 inch bolt centers. The holes for inserts are .985 inches center to center.
The O-ring can be cut if it will not fit over the tube fitting and will still lock the insert in the clamp. The clamp shown is in the photograph is bead blasted, but, your Line Clamp will be Mill Finished. You must specify what size inserts you want with each clamp. One insert per hole is included with each clamp. The hole spacing for two, three, and four hole clamps in the same series all match.
