We began selling this brand of standard hose clamps last year.
As of today (May 24, 2014), we have received 484 orders totaling 45,250 hose clamps.
Many of those orders have been from repeat customers. Over that time period, we have had 3 customers falsely claim that the clamps are no good.
The problem has not been with the clamps; the users were simply over-tightening them, which will cause any type of threaded fastener to fail. Some people should not be allowed to use hand tools!
