RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14 Days money back policy, please notify us within 7 days of received shipment.
All return requests must be submitted through your eBay account.
You have to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us, and have the RMA number written on the return package.
Items to be returned must be in resalable condition. Unused and in un-tampered box.
Buyers pay for return shipping fee.
Returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please keep the original box and the shipping label because if anything is wrong with the product. We will only accept returns with the original packaging (Box and Label)
Please be aware that any problem not listed below is not covered by our 7 day exchange policy.
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please provide a digital photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will file a Damage Claim with the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer.
If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a picture of the product and the defective characteristic, and we will assist you with the returning process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will pay for the re-shipping charge. We will only ship the item out once the defected item is back in our possession, so if this is a replacement, we highly suggest to keep your original item.
If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.
If you received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and charge for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only)
If you did not submit your vehicle vin# (before shipment) and purchased the wrong item by error and want a return, shipping and handling charges are not refundable (for “free shipping” items, the actual shipping cost is not refundable), you will also be charged for return shipping cost and require a 10% restocking fee.

JSD AUTO PARTS Inc. warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale to the buyer.
NOTICE: Please keep your original purchase receipt , because the failed unit and a copy of the receipt need be presented with all claims.
JSD AUTO PARTS Inc. will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to labor, paint, property damage and personal injury as result of the use of its part(s), however caused. JSD AUTO PART Inc.\'s entire liability is limited to the actual price of the claimed part(s).
The following conditions will void this warranty:
Damage caused by excessive system pressure due to a faulty radiator cap or internal combustion leaks as obvious with blown tank failures.
Damage caused by obvious negligence, abuse, improper installation or
maintenance. All vehicles/equipment must have a properly working engine overheat warning system as damage caused by overheating is considered driver negligence and will not be covered.
Corrosive damage caused by the effects of physical or chemical properties of water, steam, or other liquids or gases including the use of coolant or coolant mixtures other than that specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
External exposure due to salt air corrosion in coastal areas.
Physical damage due to collisions, accidents, abusive handing or shipping.
Stripped threads on any component of the radiator such as on engine oil cooler lines , transmission oil cooler lines, drain cocks or temperature sensor connections.
Electrolysis caused by excessive stray electrical current in the coolant system is not covered under the warranty.
Use for applications other than for what the unit was specifically designed.
Repair, disassemble or modifications to the radiator.
Use in fleet, commercial, governmental, off highway or racing applications and use as a component of another manufacturer’s product.
