My parcels generally have very fast delivery times, depending on where you live in Australia and Australia Post, asonce I post the item, I have no control over how long Australia Post takes to deliver it, or how long you take to pick it up. But if your parcel does not show up in a timely manner and you have checked that your local post office does not have it on a shelf out back
Please contact me, as I am more than happy to file lost claim form with Australia Post to find your item or have you reimbursed for the item missing if this is the case,
Items sent registered post with out insurance are to the value of $100, if item is sent via regular post then it is to a maximum of $50
If item is damaged in transitthen it is similar to the above but you as the reciever will be required to fill out all applicable paperwork to make the claim and supply aust post with all packaging item sent with.
As i take great care whilst packaging (where applicable) your items should generally not arrive damage in transit
THANKS FOR LOOKING :)
