USPS is used for APO, FPO and Puerto Rico addresses. We cannot ship oversized items through USPS. Please allow extra time for USPS shipments.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BMW of Morristown within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of the BMW of Morristown's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
All returns must be approved with RA # prior to shipment. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, or may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.
• Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to the center's error are not eligible for refund.
• Apparel items must be in the original BMW packaging with all original labeling intact.
• It is recommended that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier.
