This OEM BMW positive battery cable, also known as a BST cable, runs from the battery to the post location under the right side/passenger seat.
It is complete without damage or repairs and removed from a running E39 M5.
BST fuse is intact and there is no corrosion or damage to the insulation.
Part # is 61102694295. Realoem.com shows this as specific to the E39 M5. Other E39's use a different, less expensive cable. Not sure if it is compatible across models, so please confirm before buying.
