We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. We primarily use FedEx Home Delivery. We do not require a signature for your convenience. Missing shipments that did not require a signature are not the responsibility of BMW of Morristown.
USPS is used for APO, FPO and Puerto Rico addresses. We cannot ship oversized items through USPS. Please allow extra time for USPS shipments.
Additional charges will be applied for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We will only ship to an address within the US. International customers are able to set up a US address with Bongo International. Please contact us for details.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BMW of Morristown within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of the BMW of Morristown's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
All returns must be approved with RA # prior to shipment. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, or may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.
• Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to the center's error are not eligible for refund.
• Apparel items must be in the original BMW packaging with all original labeling intact.
• It is recommended that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier.
