Allows you to add the Euro fog lights and pull the switch out to turn them on, drive with parking or halo lights on, adjust your fog light angle if you have those kind. Has indicator lights on the switch plate to let you know when the parking lights or fog lights are turned on. Great upgrade for a B4 1996-1997. I have a 1996 Passat and I know it works on that vehicle. I have 2 of these so I\'m letting one go. Must have the fog lights and or parking lights and may take additional wiring if your factory harness does notaccommodatethose features.
